HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
1. How do I play Prizeboom?
Simply join Prizeboom and you will be able to participate to win prizes by responding to emails, completing questionnaires and successfully referring friends to the site.

2. What equipment do I need to play Prizeboom?
All you need is a computer (at home or at work) and an internet e-mail address where we can contact you when you win. It could not be simpler!

3. How can Prizeboom offer prizes for free?
We can bring you the FREE chance to win these prizes because of our relationship with our advertisers. Between us, we give you the chance to win prizes in return for your permission to send you advertising offers, view banners, search the web and enter prize draws. In some competitions the advertisers will ask for information about yourself and for your permission to tell you more about their products and services. You are never under any obligation to complete these and we will always tell you, at the time of completion, if your details will be passed to the advertiser so that you can make the decision to allow it or not.

4. What are the prizes?

5. Can anybody play?
Prizeboom is open to any UK resident who is 16 years or older and has a genuine e-mail address. Only one registration per email is allowed and entrants cannot share an account. Please see The Rules page for full details: www.prizeboom.com/terms.php.

6. How often can I play and when does the prize draws take place?
Every competition has terms and conditions applicable to them.See the competitions T&Cs for more information on the draws, this will include details of when the competition will end and the prize draw date.

8. What do I do if I win on Prizeboom and when will I get my prize?
You do not have to do anything. We will contact you if you win.You'll never be asked for money to claim your cash prizes. Please ensure we have all the information required during registration (email address, postal address and telephone number) to enable us to contact you, if you're a winner. 2. I am having trouble registering. What do I do?
Have you filled in all the fields on the registration page? Some of these are compulsory fields to ensure that we have accurate information about you and these will be highlighted if some information is missing or incorrect. Sometimes you may not be able to register because of incompatibility with some Internet TV systems, the specification of your computer may not be suitable or there may be problems with your ISP or our server.
